Concert: The lawn of the William H. Hall Library will be the place to be tonight at 6:30 p.m. Abbey Rhode, the Beatles-inspired band from Portsmouth will be making their second appearance at the library's summer concert series. The series is sponsored in part by Webster Bank and is free and open to the public.
