Stephen R. Fish, Ph.D., 67, of Cranston passed away on Friday, April 18, 2014 at Philip Hulitar Hospice Center. He was the beloved husband of Arlene M. (Nardone) Fish for 40 years. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Clifford E. a
