One lucky person who bought a PowerBall ticket from the Cumberland farms on Cranston Street is $10,000 richer.
The Rhode Island Lottery said the ticket was bought "when there was still power" and it matched four numbers and the PowerBall. The standard payout for matching that many numbers is $10,000 — had they chosen the PowerPlay feature, the prize would have been $40,000.
Another $10,000 ticket was bought in Providence at B&M Food Mart on River Avenue, the lottery said.
Both tickets remained unclaimed as of yesterday.
Wednesday's estimated jackpot is $50 million.
